Hollinsclough Trophy
The 2011 Holinsclough trophy will follow on from the 2010 format using some more of the cracking white roads that Derbyshire has to offer. So please watch this space and keep a look out for the date of the 2011 Holinsclough Trophy Treasure Hunt. These events can be driven in your day to day 4x4! so next year fill up your car with friends or family and make the trip to Primitive Hall and take in some of the counties cracking views.
The Hollinsclough Trophy Treasure Hunt was a great success. We would like to thank all the teams that supported this great event and we look forward to seeing you all and others next year. We will build on the the success of this years event and next years event will take in more of Derbyshire's excellent white roads (green lanes). So make a space on your mantel piece and you too could be taking the Holinslcough Trophy home!
The 2010 event was was one by Dave Seabridge and family, and our mixture of road book and map reference clues where used a trial for what's in store for 2011.
Here are a few photos from our 2010 event that this year consisted of a treasure hunt based on OS sheet 119 and a road book.
